Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake, we will gladly replace the item, offer an exchange, or accept a return as applicable.

If you placed an incorrect order or selected the wrong model, please contact us — we’re happy to help you find the best solution. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if the item has any imperfections or if there was a mistake on our part.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@fmcases.com if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing or quality issue with the case

We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.


Ordering Mistakes (Customer Error)

If you accidentally ordered the wrong model, size, or design, please contact us at support@fmcases.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after production has started, we will do our best to help you find a solution or replacement option.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to damage, defects, or a mistake on our part, please contact us at support@fmcases.com and we’ll take care of it.

For other situations, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.
